Disaster Medicine
The OUDEM's Oklahoma Disaster Institute (ODI) provides an ideal resource for teaching, planning, and practice of Disaster Medicine. The EM residents participate in ODI activities throughout their training. Residents complete formal courses in the Incident Command System curriculum, and have the opportunity to become certified in National Disaster Life Support (NDLS) to the Advanced level (ADLS).
